1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EA Bot Pro ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EA Bot Pro provides a subscription-based platform for renting automated Expert Advisor (EA) trading bots for use on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. Users subscribe to a package, deposit funds into their own broker accounts, and provide us with MT5 login credentials to allow our team to place trades on their behalf.

3. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and when submitting MT5 credentials.
  • You understand and accept that forex trading involves significant financial risk.
  • You acknowledge that your funds remain in your own broker account and are not transferred to us.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are charged for access to our EA bot and trading management services. Fees are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. Subscription periods (weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime) begin upon payment approval. Trading activity stops automatically when your subscription expires.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Forex and CFD trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading system is not necessarily indicative of future results. EA Bot Pro does not guarantee any specific profit or return. You may lose some or all of your investment. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

6. Limitation of Liability

EA Bot Pro shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our trading strategies
  • Submitting false payment information or fraudulent screenshots

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination, active subscriptions may be cancelled without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
